Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin, approx. 1 ½ lb (680 g)

For marinade

1 cup (250 mL) Canton Red Wine Broth

2 garlic cloves, chopped

Fresh ground pepper

For sauce

¾ cup (190 mL) Canton Red Wine Broth

½ cup (125 mL) cream cheese

2 tbsp (30 mL) chives, minced

1 garlic clove, chopped

Salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions

1. Place pork and marinade ingredients in a sealed bag and marinate at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat barbecue to 400°F (200°C). Oil the grate well.

3. In a small barbecue-safe pot, heat sauce ingredients and set aside.

4. Grill pork tenderloin on barbecue for 15 minutes, turning regularly.

5. Slice and serve with creamy sauce.
